Rancho Carne Offers Meaty Site For Porn Fans

SEATTLE -- Porn reviews and interviews Website Rancho Carne is undergoing some major renovations, including a re-design and a new General Store section.
Founded in 2001 by 25-year-olds Clyde LaRue and JR, the site gives porn fans the inside scoop on what adult titles to rent, buy, and avoid via its reviews section. In addition, the site offers up a gaggle of features and interviews with porn stars such Cindy Crawford, Queeny Love, Calli Cox, and Ashley Blue.
"The Rancho Carne mission is to provide refreshing, humorous, and candid reviews of the many movies that come through our doors," LaRue told AVNOnline.com. "We encourage our eclectic reviewing team of newbies and seasoned porn-hounds to say what they really feel about the movies they're reviewing. Our reviews run the gamut of genres, from hardcore gonzo and lesbian S&M to couples-friendly material."
In addition, Rancho Carne features columns and contributions from adult stars, rock stars, and offbeat celebrities. Everyone from porn star Wanda Curtis to Evil Jarod from the Bloodhound Gang has a hand in the meat, so to speak. Plus, their extensive database makes it easy for surfers to search for their favorite porn star, company, or type of adult movie.
"We also just put up a General Store to help fund the site and have printed up shirts for porn stars to wear that features a piece of meat on each breast," LaRue noted. "Also, in our interview section, we are now asking the porn stars we interview to come up with a haiku to start the 20 questions off with."
Another unique feature of the site was their recent site-wide event, Sperm Week, where the site featured at least two sperm-centered movie reviews a day for fans to get gushy over. "It was like Shark Week, but sloppier," laughed LaRue. "Bukkake, cream pie, blowjob movies, cum shot recap movies, pretty much anything with a burly sperms scene or is all about the spunk got up there.
"We recently re-designed the site a bit and we've added the back-end ability to update the site automatically at set times every day. This has allowed us to post two to four reviews every day without missing a beat. So even when we go on vacation from the Ranch, our site is running. This has increased our daily visitors by about ten percent. Our current average of unique daily visitors is nearly 2,200."
What can fans expect in the near future from the Carne crew?
"We're going to do more theme weeks, like a week of all-anal, offer more stuff in the store and do even more porn star interviews," LaRue confirmed. "Basically just more and more of everything!"
