Kimberly Jade, now HIV-positive and retired from porn, shows her effective porn side here, combining a heady brew of white trash aesthetic and you-can-fuck-me-if-you're-lucky slut goddess persona. Parading from 1997's Erotica L.A. show to the sunny Santa Monica beaches, Jade, all smiles and attitude, struts around showing flank and tit to surfer dudes, faceless frat types and a nubile virginesque teen.
Candy Vegas surpasses her usual sub-par performances here in a tryst that sees her sliding a rainbow colored "bullet" popsicle into Jade's well-perused sphincter; pouty, burgundy headed Sheryl Crow double Randee Lee turns up to help Jade deflower a demure and sexually credulous blonde (Bobbie Rae); and, of course, ever-present and omnipotent prop-up Dave Hardman employs a condom-free poke into Jade's rear. Rounding out the "Jade strutting around L.A." theme of the tape are other less memorable turns and lengthy, sexless behind-the-scenes-plods of Jade's self-congratulation.
Worse, releasing this after it was revealed to the world that Kimberly Jade was HIV-positive, broke, and struggling to make ends meet, is all about sour taste. Though this was shot before Miss Jade was infected with the virus, it still—even by porn standards—seems exploitative, cowardly and greedy to milk a few nickels from all the sensationalized and dire media coverage Jade has received in the last year.
